Organize and Inventory

Been doing lots and lots of shopping this week, so now the question is how to organize? I have everything shoved into one cabinet right now, which is not convenient! I have a few specific requirements. Snacks must be kept out of kids reach, not just on a high shelf, but hidden otherwise my little's will search, hide and eat. I have 60 jars of spaghetti sauce, where do I put them? I have 3 different pantry's, make that 4 if you count the one not for food, but for cleaning and health and beauty supplies. One in my dinning room, one at the end of my hall (supposed to be a linen closet) and a bunch of cabinets in my laundry room. My goal for today is to organize and inventory. Will update later on my progress!
